Both are fully-equipped with all the necessities and great attention to detail. We do periodically use them as well, along with our 2 teenage boys, Bryson & Baylan.  We have had many satisfied, repeat guests in our vacation rentals for nearly 20 years through honesty and integrity. 

 

We have been managing our own properties since 1984, along side our other careers at Boeing and Real Estate Agents for over 25 yrs. combined. 

 

Currently, Kim manages our rental properties, including a beach house at the Oregon Coast and a Historic Church/Wedding Business.  She is also a licensed Realtor in MT. 

 

Patrick has retired to Real Estate with his company, KPC Properties, LLC., maintaining our properties,and Ski Instructing in the winter.

I (Patrick) am a level II PSIA certified ski instructor at Big Mountain working on my level III certifying me to teach beginning to expert levels of skiing on all terrains and conditions.  I have coached children for many many years and have learned excellent people skills to work with moms and dads, grandmas and grandpas...and kids!  

   Our goal is to develop a repeat clientele of guests at our condo, as well as a private lesson clientele for skiing and snowboarding with Patrick.  We hope to do this through providing a very nice place to stay and just loving people.  Pretty simple :)  My private lesson clients will benefit from my interests in the finer points of sliding on the snow from the tool under your feet to the effects of the cover on your head. :)
